Leadership/Training

Using Sapper West’s extensive leadership and training background, we have been able to provide the following leadership and training services to these clients:

 

US ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS

Leadership Development Program (LDP), Sacramento District, Corps of Engineers:

  • Created a 2-hour block of instruction for young Corps of Engineers leaders
  • Have provided this block of instruction to Sacramento District LDP students 3 times
  • Block of instruction was most highly rated of the LDP III program

 

 
US ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS

Executive Level Transition Support, Sacramento District, Corps of Engineers:

  • Provided executive level transition support to incoming District Engineer/Commander
  • Provided one-on-one briefings and presentations to District Commander to assist in his knowledge of critical projects and partners

 

 
California Sate University, Sacramento

Part-time faculty, Department of Civil Engineering, Sacramento State University, Sacramento, CA

  • Currently teaching the senior project civil engineer course (CE 190) in conjunction with the permanent professor for Spring 2014
  • Taught CE 190 for the 2013 Fall semester
  • Was the primary faculty instructor for the Spring 2012 course, Civil Engineering Professional Practices
